How to Place an Order

  1. Select items in the online shopping catalogue and place into your basket. Once your order is complete, proceed to Order Check Out.
  2. At Check Out you will be required to enter an Official Dealer Order Number to confirm the order, and accept the order T&C’s.
  3. Your Order CONFIRMATION will confirm the details of your selection. Your order value, delivery details, order number details.
  4. As soon as your order has been completed and is ready to ship, your 30 day dealer account will be invoiced. Order will be dispatched using ARAMEX, The Pro Shop Corporate’s designated courier service. Free order shipment for orders over R1500 ex VAT to local dealers - T&C’s apply.
  5. All stock ordered is done so on behalf of an official dealer request. No stock returns will be accepted. No sale or return. Should you have queries regarding your order, please contact your sales rep directly.
  6. Please note: Stock availability may fluctuate between seasons and The Pro Shop Corporate will at all times make the best effort to secure stock to fulfil orders placed.
  7. PRICES: The Pro Shop Corporate reserves the right to evaluate pricing and to amend prices without prior notice. The Pro Shop Corporate will attempt to maintain price stability as far as possible.

Supplying of Dealer Purchase Order Numbers:

The order number entered is given as official authorisation for processing, invoicing and dispatch of the ordered products. This order number is supplied by an individual, responsible and has authorisation, to issue such order numbers. Issued order numbers will appear on the corresponding invoice. E&OE
